Gamania\u2019s suppliers are mostly for the procurement of electronic equipment and sundry items. The “supplier management policy<\/a>” is in place to work with suppliers toward adopting sustainable practices and reducing impact on the environment. All suppliers are required to sign a “Supplier CSR Commitment<\/a>” when contracting with the Company to ensure partners’ compliance with environmental, labor, and human rights rules. In addition, suppliers are subject to assessment, management and evaluation.     According to Gamania\u2019s Procurement Management Regulations, the General Affairs Procurement Department annually selects key suppliers to be evaluated in the year based on the number of transactions, transaction amount, and importance. The procurement unit must review the items listed in the supplier evaluation form, including quality, timeliness, and customer complaint handling, etc., and handle relevant matters according to the supplier evaluation bylaws. Suppliers that have already shown abnormalities during cooperation while still in cooperation with the Company must be particularly prioritized for evaluation. After the supplier evaluation results are confirmed and signed by the head of the responsible unit, they can be used by procurement personnel as the basis for future supplier selection.       Supplier management rules<\/u><\/strong><\/p>

      1. Where a supplier violates Gamania’s regulations such as the Ethical Corporate Management Procedures and the Supplier Management Regulations, it shall be specified as “abnormal” to remind all units when engaging in a transaction; if a transaction therewith is needed, the matter must be reported to and approved by the responsible head beforehand.<\/li>
      2. A corresponding control mechanism must be applied to a supplier listed for special management or evaluated as below standard.<\/li>
      3. The supplier evaluation results will be used as the criteria for procurement personnel to make supplier-related judgment for future cooperation.<\/li>
      4. A supplier in the Group’s region must be subject to the Group’s regional supplier evaluation mechanism established by the parent company.<\/li>

        Withdrawal rules<\/u><\/strong><\/p>

        Business relations shall be terminated with suppliers that repeatedly experience quality issues causing losses to the Company and show no intention of making improvements, as well as suppliers designated for suspension or termination of transactions. Where transactions must continue due to special circumstances, approval from the relevant responsible supervisor shall be obtained in accordance with applicable requirements. For sole-source or irreplaceable suppliers, greater attention shall be paid to the effectiveness of their improvements, while alternative suppliers shall also be actively sought.

        Gama Island’s Green Revolution<\/strong><\/p>

        Gama Island, the Company’s employee restaurant, is a comfortable and well-lit dining space that can be used for resting, meeting, exhibition, forum, and press conference. It is a very important “cultural asset” to Gamania. Gamania values employees’ health. The specially hired chefs are responsible for quality control in catering, and carefully select suppliers with government certification and qualification marks; for example, vegetables and fruits have the GAP logo, and meat products have the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Agency\u2019s slaughter hygiene qualification seal. The diner offers tasty and healthy menus that are catered to employees’ preference; and changes them on a weekly basis. The Company offers meal subsidies to employees and engages nutrition experts to design healthy meals that ensure pleasant taste and employees\u2019 health at the same time. A perfect workplace supply station has thereby be created; this is one of the employee welfare measures that Gamania is most proud of. In addition, Gama Island conducts an annual employee satisfaction survey in the aspects of environmental hygiene, speed and efficiency, frontend service, meal contents, etc. to listen to employees’ voices. Overall satisfaction reached 90.22% in 2025, an increase from the previous year.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        In favor of the ESG philosophy, Gamania has joined the “Green Dining Guide” initiative and anchored our business to the spirit of “Green Food Declaration.” Gama Island insists on purchasing green food, such as ingredients from local organic small farmers and egg farmers, and purchases traceable vegetables, etc. In addition, Gama Island also grows its own vegetables at its IG Farm, using a variety of seasonal ingredients to create delicious delicacies. In 2025, Gama Island further strengthened its green food initiatives by switching entirely to 100% locally grown organic white rice from Taiwan and increasing the proportion of organic vegetables used from 40% to 60%. It also adopted a direct-from-farm supply model for organic vegetables sourced from smallholder farmers, shortening food transportation distances and reducing its carbon footprint while continuing to deepen its practices in green food procurement and low-carbon dining.<\/p>

        To put sustainable dining into practice more deeply, Gama Island launched the “Guests House” private dining project, inviting culinary professionals from different backgrounds to design themed menus centered on local, seasonal ingredients. The project emphasizes the use of whole foods, reduces the proportion of processed foods, and includes plant-based options, allowing employees to gradually develop more mindful food choices through their everyday dining experiences. In addition, the “Guests House” project encourages employees to invite people from outside the Group to participate. Through shared dining experiences, these food practices can be discussed, seen, and naturally spread among different groups. Gama Island has therefore also become a venue that connects internal and external communities, allowing the impact accumulated through everyday dining practices to extend across a broader network of relationships.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

        \u3010 Gama Island Summer Farmers’ Market \u3011<\/h3>

        To deepen the spirit of green dining and strengthen employees’ understanding of food and agriculture issues, Gama Island held its first “Gama Island Summer Farmers’ Market” in August 2025. Eight distinctive local smallholder farmers from different regions were invited to set up at Gama Island, creating a sustainable exchange platform combining food, education, and hands-on experiences. In addition to the market itself, the event featured a food and agriculture education talk and a hands-on alcohol-making workshop, allowing employees to directly experience land-friendly production methods through relaxed interactions and build closer connections with local farmers.<\/p>

        For the food and agriculture education talk, Gama Island invited a conservationist from the Leopard Cat Association of Taiwan to share insights into the relationship between leopard cat habitats and human activities. Drawing on firsthand experience, the talk guided employees in understanding the connection between ecological conservation and everyday food choices. The event also used San Mao Tian leopard cat-friendly brown rice in its dishes, allowing employees to appreciate the value of wildlife-friendly farming and ecological coexistence while enjoying the food. For the hands-on experience, HC Distillery, which makes its products in-house using local Taiwanese ingredients, was invited to guide employees in making lime liquor themselves. Through the hands-on process, employees learned about ingredient sourcing and production techniques and experienced the sustainable spirit of “from farm to table.”<\/p>

        To encourage employees to participate actively and provide tangible support for local farmers, the event also featured a variety of on-site games and online prize draws. All prizes were products from smallholder farmers participating in the market, with the aim of allowing more employees to experience high-quality local products firsthand and to inspire continued support and sharing to expand the positive impact.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        Gamania is a full-ecosystem technology enterprise and does not manufacture any physical products. However, during festive occasions, we create Good Time Man gifts in-house as tokens of appreciation for external partners, symbolizing friendship and helping sustain long-term partnerships. Good Time Man is the brand ambassador of Gamania; over the years, the production and design thereof have been innovative, trendy, and relatable to current events. In response to the trend of environmental sustainability, we have integrated environmental protection elements in the development, design and distribution logistics of the products since 2020.<\/p>

        To perpetuate our corporate brand culture, we keep optimizing all the details of the gifts year after year, declaring to external parties and stakeholders through green design that we take ESG issues seriously! For the remaining Good Time Man figures that were not given away, Gamania works with the New Taipei City Government to give them to children in rural areas as the incentives. In 2025, we continued to use sustainable materials to produce Good Time Man. For gift delivery, using recycled PET bottles and glass-made recycled logistics bags -Re-Bags instead of disposable plastic bags for delivery, in conjunction with the return process of 7-11 convenience stores to complete the entire recycling process. In 2025, a total of 2,759 recycled logistics bags were used, and 1,390 recycled logistics bags were recycled.         Gamania supports the mindset of green building and smart building. When leasing or purchasing real estate, we take sustainability into consideration during the evaluation of the details of design, decoration, and location selection. Our newly leased Original Creation Center newly leased went through four major stages: “planning and design, building material application and management, decoration and environmental management, and final acceptance.” It also met 28 healthy design indicators, and was certified by the “Certificate of Green Design” of GGCb. To promote energy conservation and carbon reduction while taking care of the health of employees, the existing lighting equipment in the office areas, conference rooms, and business affair handling spaces of the headquarters building in Neihu was completely replaced with high-efficiency LED lamps, significantly reducing electricity consumption (saving approximately 170,000 kWh of electricity per year) and improving energy efficiency.<\/p>

        Gamania’s application for the Ministry of Environment’s Voluntary Carbon Reduction Project was approved in 2024. Looking ahead, we will continue to upgrade lighting equipment across all remaining group spaces and integrate them into our smart building control system. Within the same year, we completed our entire environmental control system. This system will leverage integrated sensors, controllers, and automation technology to intelligently manage temperature, humidity, lighting, and air quality in the group building or space to ultimately achieve more efficient energy savings.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        Shuttle bus service<\/td>Sympathizing with the employees who are long-distance commuters and encouraging carpooling, since our headquarters relocated in 2016, we have provided shuttle services for commuting between Zhonghe and Neihu, with two fixed routes: the Zhonghe line and the Zhongxiao line.<\/td>In 2025, the shuttle bus service was enjoyed by 23,380 people in total, and we thereby achieved the benefit of carbon reduction.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
        Waste free market<\/td>Gamania calls on group employees to participate in second-hand resource recycling, and holds a waste free market every six months, while donating the remaining resources to vulnerable groups and institutions in remote areas.<\/td>A total of 208 employees participated in the collection drive, with 5,847 items collected. Of these, 3,626 items were recirculated through the waste free market, representing a recirculation rate of approximately 62%, while 2,221 items were donated to disadvantaged groups and organizations in remote areas.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
        The Group\u2019s encouragement to recycling activities<\/td>Gamania calls on employees to collect and recycle PET bottles and batteries to the intelligent recycling machine \"Bottle Man\" and the battery machine \"Ms Battery.\" The points accordingly collected and accumulated to a certain level can be exchanged for a bag of \"ReTissue Tree Planting Tissue Paper,\" which collaborates with the international tree planting organization, Trees for the Future, to plant 1 tree for each box (10 bags) of \"ReTissue Tree-Planting Toilet Paper\" sold.<\/td>In 2025, smart recycling machines collected 4,837 PET bottles, 41 plastic beverage cups, and 1,612 aluminum cans.
        \nA total of 131 people participated in the two-day one bottle tree planting activity on Arbor Day, with a total of 14 trees planted.

        Container rental service<\/td>Gamania Group's annual sports day, also known as \"Gamania Family Day,\" allows employees to bring their families for outdoor relaxation. The event promoted avoiding single-use tableware, with reusable container rental services provided for all food and beverages. Employees were also encouraged to bring their own water bottles, and drinking water was provided for refilling.<\/td>A total of 1,188 people participated in the Gamania Family Day held at Puxin Ranch. Key environmental highlights included:

        Biodiversity<\/td>Biodiversity is a health indicator of the ecological environment. Although Gamania does not produce physical products, to fulfill our obligation of conservation, we have taken the following actions:
        \n\u2022\tSupporting green procurement by purchasing PEFC-certified timber and non-timber products to strictly ensure that the products come from sustainable forests.
        \n\u2022\tOrganizing the Gamania Summer School, an event held in the nature to enable the students to learn about mountains, forests and adventure-related knowledge, and further improve their self-efficacy, environmental awareness, and understanding of biodiversity in the process.
        \n\u2022\tMaking donations to support and encourage social welfare groups that are consistent with biodiversity, to contribute to environmental actions.
        \n<\/td>        		\u2022\tMaintain 100% local procurement and select products bearing environmental labels, ISO certifications, or PEFC forest certification for general administrative procurement.
        \n\u2022\tDonations were made to the TAPA Dogs Protection Association, Taiwan Happy Animal Association, and Taiwan Animal Republic Care Association.
