Gamania Group has been issuing corporate sustainability reports since 2018. This report is Gamania’s eighth (the Chinese version was approved by the Board of Directors and released on August 5, 2025; the English version was released on August 28). Based on the revised GRI 2021 framework, it incorporates TCFD, SDGs and SASB, discloses stakeholder agreements, and conducts major theme analysis in accordance with the EU’s principle of dual importance.. The report discloses information for the fiscal year 2025 (January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025), covering Gamania’s specific actions and performance data in economic, environmental, and social aspects. Some data retrospective to 2022 or present information for 2025.
The contents of this report have been approved by the Board of Directors, and Deloitte has been commissioned to issue a limited assurance report for specific performance indicators in accordance with the International Auditing and Assurance Standards Committee’s Assurance Practices Standard No. 3000 (ISAE 3000).
