Message from the Group CEO and ESG Committee Chairman

The year 2025 marked the 30th anniversary of Gamania Group. With AI, big data, and platforms at its core, Gamania continued to steadily strengthen its technological capabilities, expand application scenarios, and deepen its diversified business portfolio. The Group recorded consolidated revenue of NT$8.87 billion in 2025. Amid rapid changes in global markets, we continued to actively drive product innovation and realign resources, focusing on technology-intensive innovative businesses, in-house game development, and a diversified business portfolio to strengthen our future product pipeline and technological capabilities.

We also firmly believe that a company’s long-term value derives not only from its capacity for innovation, but is also built on sound management, a rigorous governance framework, a secure and trusted digital environment, and the positive impact it creates for society. Since launching its sustainability strategy blueprint in 2021, Gamania Group has continued to advance four key pillars: “Promoting Sustainable Management,” “Promoting Digital Responsibility,” “Promoting Environmental Friendliness,” and “Promoting Positive Value.” These pillars correspond to seven Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) that are highly relevant to the Group’s core businesses and guide the implementation of its various action plans. In 2025, these efforts delivered a number of tangible results:

Deepening Sustainability Governance and Earning Domestic and International Recognition:

For six consecutive years, Gamania ranked in the top 6%–20% tier among TPEx-listed companies in the Corporate Governance Evaluation and was selected for inclusion in S&P Global’s Sustainability Yearbook for the second consecutive year. It also received the Gold Award at the Taiwan Corporate Sustainability Awards (TCSA) and the Silver Award at the Global Corporate Sustainability Awards (GCSA). In addition, it earned a total of four international IR awards from two leading international investor relations organizations, IR Impact and IR Society, further enhancing its visibility in domestic and international capital markets.

Strengthening Information Security Management and Using AI-Powered Early Warning to Protect Users:

In 2025, the Group continued to strengthen information security, personal data protection, and intellectual property management. No material information security incidents or personal data breaches occurred during the year, and the Group obtained TIPS Class A certification and the BSI Digital Trust Group Award. At the same time, Gamania combined big data with AI-based automated early-warning technology to proactively monitor potentially high-risk accounts, with coverage exceeding 60%, effectively reducing the risk of digital fraud. AI was also used to support customer service data analysis and service quality monitoring, enabling the early identification of potential anomalies and closely safeguarding user rights and trust in the platform.

Deepening Green Operations and Expanding Employee Participation in Sustainability:

Electricity consumption at the Group’s Company-owned data centers decreased by 439,000 kWh from the previous year, while carbon emissions fell by approximately 25%, further reducing the environmental impact of its digital infrastructure. All existing lighting fixtures at the Neihu headquarters were also replaced with high-efficiency LED fixtures to improve energy efficiency. At the same time, the employee cafeteria, “Gama Island,” switched entirely to 100% locally grown organic rice, increased the proportion of organic vegetables to 60%, and held farmers’ markets, integrating low-carbon diets and land-friendly practices into everyday life. These efforts received recognition from the Ministry of Environment’s Net-Zero Green Lifestyle Partnership.

Putting "Fulfillment at Work, Peace of Mind at Home" into Practice and Building a Supportive Workplace:

Gamania enhanced its employee benefits and human rights frameworks and supported employees in balancing work and family through health promotion initiatives and corporate childcare resources. These efforts earned an Excellence Award in the Talent Development Group of the Global Views ESG Corporate Sustainability Award and the Taipei City Parenting Friendly Enterprise Award for the second consecutive year.

Continuing to Advance Adventure Education and Expanding Social Impact:

The “Hualien Gamania Apes” program organized by the Gamania Cheer Up Foundation successfully helped two players gain admission to leading junior high schools with Division A basketball programs. The Foundation also held its inaugural “Adventure Conference,” bringing together partners from across different fields for in-depth dialogue on the spirit of adventure and growth across generations, putting Gamania’s corporate spirit of “Dare to Challenge” into practice.

Having reached its 30-year milestone, the Group will move into its next stage of development with a sound and steady approach to operations and continued momentum for innovation. Looking ahead, Gamania will continue to advance its “Sustainable Momentum” ESG strategy blueprint by strengthening governance resilience, building trusted digital services, and accelerating net-zero action. While expanding its talent development efforts, it will also maintain its long-term commitment to adventure education and social welfare initiatives. We will remain true to the brand spirit of “Dare to Challenge,” moving forward alongside all employees and external partners, building consensus, and creating a more far-reaching positive impact on society.
