Gamania Group has been shortlisted for the first time in the Talent Development Category of the 2025 CommonWealth ESG Corporate Sustainability Awards, advancing to the second round of reviews.

Now in its 21st year, this prestigious award announced its shortlist today (March 13th). Gamania was recognized for its “Holistic Health for Gamania Employees” initiative, which supports employee well-being through a focus on physical health, mental care, and skill development. With the theme “Happiness Upgraded! Gamania Talent Development with a “Considerable” Heart,” the initiative stood out as one of only eight entries in the Talent Development category. Final judging will take place at the end of March, with the winners to be announced in the May issue of CommonWealth Magazine, followed by a grand awards ceremony in early May.
